I’m Ashton—owner, creative lead, and the one who’s probably fluffing your dress and fixing your timeline at the same time. I built The Bluebonnet Studio to give couples a space where personality meets professionalism. Seven years and ALL THE weddings later, we’re still all in—for every couple, every story, every detail.
I’m not just here to show up—I’m here to create, to lead, and to hype you up while we do it.
Big party? Tiny chapel? Backyard vows? We’re here for all of it.

Absolutely. Our rentals are available as a standalone service—no planning package required. You choose the pieces, we deliver the vibe. Need help placing or styling them? You can always add on our Event Styling option if you want us to fully set it up for you.
Can I rent items without booking full planning or styling?
Absolutely. This is your day—we’re just the ones making sure the vision in your head actually becomes a reality. You’ll still have full say on everything from color palette to cake flavors. We're here to present options, guide decisions, and handle the legwork so you’re not drowning in 500 tabs and phone calls. You stay in control—we just take the pressure off.
Will I still get to make creative decisions if you’re doing the full planning?
Oh, babe—we’ve got you. Whether you’re a pro in front of the lens or have never taken a photo together, we’ll guide you every step of the way. Think movement, natural connection, and direction that feels real—not stiff poses. We’ll help you look and feel like the best version of yourselves
Will you help guide us during photos, or do we need to know how to pose?
You can totally choose your own—we’re here to support your vision, not limit it. That said, we do have a vetted network of badass vendors we love working with (and who love working with us). If you’re overwhelmed, we’ll guide you toward people who align with your budget, vibe, and priorities. But final call? Always yours.
Do you work with certain vendors, or can I choose my own?
You bet. We have a decor catalog you can browse (with prices and photos) so you know exactly what’s available. And if you want to see items in person, we can schedule a consult or send additional photos based on your theme or palette
Can I see what you have before booking?
You’ll get a full curated gallery (no fluff, no duplicates) delivered within 6-8 weeks—but don’t worry, we send a sneak peek within a few days because we know waiting is the worst. Final image count depends on your coverage time, but you can expect MANY storytelling, emotional, and editorial-worthy photos.
